Why didn't I receive the item I ordered?Orders are based on first come first server basis. Out of stock item will not be shipped and will not be back ordered unless stated.

Which shipping provider will be used?
UPS Ground is our preferred shipping company.

Can I order samples?
We do not provide any samples so it is up to you as the customer to purchase the select item.

When will I receive the item?
All orders are usually shipped same day or next business day after payment is received. However during peak season orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being received. Orders must be placed before 12:00pm EST, to ship the same day. If you need a package by a certain date please call so we can arrange the best shipping method for you. All Packages are shipped out UPS ground unless otherwise noted. For days of package transit see the UPS Ground transit map below.
